Dear customer,

At TRM Filter we took the situation very seriously and immediately after the discovery of the first cases of COVID -19 diseases in Europe, we took the first preventive measures to protect the health and safety of our team. So far, we are all doing well and all our business functions are running without interruption. Wherever possible, we have successfully introduced "home office" work, while our colleagues in production and in the warehouse work according to strict measures of hygiene, safety distances and the use of PPE.

Of course, we are all dependent on our suppliers, and from this perspective our supply chain management team is highly aware of the potential risks. We monitor the situation daily and in close communication with our suppliers.

All our delivery times are on track so far, nevertheless we may encounter some potential difficulties in our supply chain in the future. With this in mind, we ask you to plan your needs well in advance and allow some time safety margin for us to meet your delivery time requirements even in this unpredictable situation.

In any case, we are there for you and are available on all common communication channels, including "Teams" and other teleconferencing platforms.
