Completion of Phase A of the Sustainable and Circular Transformation project

We are pleased to announce that TRM Filter has successfully completed phase A of the Sustainable and Circular Transformation project, which is managed and co-financed by SPIRIT Slovenia, with the presentation of the completed work to all employees.

On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, we successfully completed the first par of the Sustainable and Circular Transformation project with the last workshop with the assigned expert, Mr. Nenad Savič and the presentation of the conclusions to all colleagues. This opened the door for the implementation of the project outlined in this area, with which we aim to put TRM Filter even more firmly on the path of sustainable and circularly action, and thereby lay a good foundation for a better tomorrow. The completion of phase A is also a step towards the implementation of the next phase of the project, in which we will apply for co-financing of a larger project in the field of sustainability. The aim is to make our production process and products more environmentally and socially friendly, while improving our economic performance

For the project, 16 workshops were conducted under the guidance of an expert from October 2023 to February 2024, involving 80% of the staff. The result of the workshops is the TRM Filter Sustainable and Circular Strategy document, which will be the basis for the company’s future work and orientation. It contains analytical findings on company’s strategic position (analysis of risks and opportunities, comparative analysis of competitors, existing business model,...), essentiality matrix, circular steps for the future, a new mission, vision and values of the company, as well as a vision of strategic success for sustainable and circular business strategy.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to the assigned expert, Mr Nenad Savič, for his inspiration, help and positive energy throughout the project. We would also like to thank the Public Agency SPIRIT Slovenia, which recognized the potential of TRM Filter and invited us to participate in the project.
